What is My Portfolio?

Your portfolio is the list of Collections and Artworks that you want to be listed publicly.

How Do I Get Started With My Portfolio?

Before you begin adding your artworks, we recommend that you ensure you've completed the following steps.

Creating your artwork collections will make it easier to choose which collection an artwork belongs to and can help you organize your portfolio to be more manageable.

When you set up price defaults, it helps you fill in the prices for all new artworks. You can change the price values for individual artworks if you want.

If you have your FaceBook account synchronized with us, then we can post a message on your wall about your newly added or updated artworks on our website.

What Is Price Defaults and How Do I Set it up?

Markup Pricing Defaults are there to establish a common pricing for your new artworks. You can always set different markup pricings for individual artworks.

When you decide to have your artworks participate in our print on demand program, we add your specified markup amount to our printing cost.
You will earn 100% of the markup price that you specify, except when you set up your personal sales or discounts.
If you do not wish to sell at a particular size, you can simply leave the corresponding markup price field blank.

One thing to keep in mind is that default pricing applies to the largest side of your artwork.

For example.
If you have set up your default pricing for the Giclee Prints section as

20 x ?? as $25
.
40 x ?? as $50

If one of the available sizes of your artwork is 20 x 40, then the price that will apply to 20x40 size is $50

Basically, it takes the largest side of your artwork (which is 40) and applies the default pricing based on that side.

If your artworks are panoramic (e.g.8x40), then the default price for 40 x?? (i.e. $50) will apply to that size. The question mark in this case means 40 x (40 or less).
